About beMyCalc
Independent calculators for real money decisions — not a bank, broker, or advisory firm.
Why I built this site
I didn't build beMyCalcfor a quick launch and walk away. I built it because searching for an EMI, SIP, or tax calculator online kept sending me to pages that waste your time — pop-ups, sign-up walls, buried formulas, and answers you can't even share with your family or CA.
A home loan, tax regime, prepayment, retirement — these are real decisions. You should see the numbers before you commit, not after someone sells you something.
So I made a place where:
- You open a calculator and it just works — especially on your phone
- You move the sliders and get answers instantly
- You can share the link — same inputs, no account
- India tools appear when you need them (PPF, NPS, HRA, gold loan…) and global tools when you don't
- The formula is right there — not hidden behind marketing
I'm not a bank. I'm not your CA. I won't tell you what to buy. I built the math so you can compare options and decide.
This is a long-term product — not an overnight-traffic play. I fix mistakes when people report them, add tools people actually search for, and keep the site fast and straight. If that helps one person borrow smarter, pick the right tax regime, or walk into a meeting with clear numbers — that's why this exists.
Today, beMyCalc (www.bemycalc.com) has 123+ calculators, 19 guides, and topic hubs — compare prepay vs invest, SIP vs FD, old vs new tax regime, and more — before you talk to a lender, CA, or advisor.
What we build
- Compare & Decide tools — prepay vs invest, SIP vs FD vs PPF, old vs new tax regime, and similar side-by-side calculators.
- India-specific tools — PPF, NPS, EPF, HRA, GST, chit fund, and other schemes when you use INR.
- Global tools — EMI, mortgage, SIP, FIRE, currency conversion, and salary calculators in multiple currencies.
- Shareable results — your inputs stay in the URL; calculations run in your browser.
Who maintains this site
beMyCalc is built and maintained by a small independent team focused on clear formulas, fast tools, and honest disclaimers. We are not registered as a financial adviser, investment adviser, or tax practitioner. For product questions, corrections, or partnership enquiries, use our contact form.
How we approach accuracy
Every calculator documents its formula and assumptions. India tax tools follow notified slabs for the stated financial year; scheme rates (PPF, NPS, etc.) are inputs you can adjust to match the latest government notification. Read our methodology for data sources, update policy, and how to report a bug.
Editorial standards
- Each calculator shows its formula in a "How we calculate" panel.
- Guides link to tools so readers can replace example numbers with their own inputs.
- India tax content states the financial year covered (currently FY 2024-25 where applicable).
- We correct formula bugs when reported — see methodology for how to flag an error.
